About Elite Pest
Gilbert's trusted, locally owned pest control company — built on same-day service, licensed technicians, and a guarantee that keeps pests out for good.
Our Story
Elite Pest was founded right here in Gilbert, Arizona — because the East Valley deserved a pest control company that actually shows up, communicates clearly, and stands behind its work.
Casey, our owner and lead technician, built Elite Pest on a simple idea: treat every home like it's your own. That means taking the time to explain what you're dealing with, using treatments that are safe for your family and pets, and coming back if anything returns between visits — at no extra charge.
Arizona's pest pressure is unlike anywhere else in the country. Bark scorpions, subterranean termites, roof rats, and desert spiders are year-round challenges for Gilbert homeowners. We've built our service programs specifically around the pests that actually live here — not a generic national playbook.
Today, Elite Pest serves Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, and the surrounding Maricopa County communities. Every technician holds an active Arizona Department of Agriculture pest control license, and we carry full liability insurance on every job.

Casey holds an active Arizona Department of Agriculture Pest Control license and stays current on the latest treatment methods for Arizona's most challenging pests — including bark scorpions, subterranean termites, and roof rats.
